Pricing

*No more than two companies may share a booth. Both companies must sign an exhibitor agreement.
Exhibit booths include the 10 foot x 10 foot space, a covered 6' table, two chairs, signage, and pipe and drape background. Electricity or Audio/Visual equipment is available at additional cost as well as printing or banner services. You will also be listed in the event program for attendees plus a link on our website. Booth selection is in order of which exhibitors paid first.

We only offer 9 sponsorships, so availability is on a first pay, first reserve plan.
Fine Print
On exhibit space a minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve your space at time of signed agreement. The second 50% is due on May 10th. On sponsorships, a minimum deposit of 75% is required with the 25% due on May 10th. If you should cancel your reserved exhibit space, on or prior to 45 days, a 50% refund will be given; less than 45 days no refund will be given. We reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
Payment Options
We accept checks/money orders on a U.S. account, Paypal electronic payment, and bank wire transfers or deposits. Our address is located under "Contact Us" for checks/money orders. Please make out to "Mexico Travel & Real Estate Expo". If you would like to pay by any other options, please email us for details.
